How much does picture hanging cost in Orlando?

A $99 service call covers up to three standard pieces; extra pictures are typically $15–$30 each, a 6–12 piece gallery wall runs about $225–$425, and heavy mirrors $95–$225. Block, plaster or two-story walls add a small surcharge. You always get a fixed written quote before work begins.
Is there a minimum charge?

How do I get a quote?

Do you charge for travel to outer areas like Christmas, Leesburg or Poinciana?

What are most Orlando homes' walls made of?

Most Central Florida homes have concrete block (CBS) exterior walls with drywall over furring strips, and drywall interior walls. Homes built before about 1950 often have plaster and lath; many condos have metal studs.
Can you hang pictures on concrete block walls?

Yes. We use hammer drills, masonry bits and concrete screws or sleeve anchors. Block holds heavy items very securely.
Can you hang art on plaster walls without cracking them?

Yes. We tape the surface, pre-drill with carbide bits and use plaster-rated anchors or picture-rail hooks.
Do you bring the hooks and anchors?

Yes. All professional hardware is included in your price.
Why not just use nails?

Nails can crack plaster, won't grip concrete block, and can pull out of soft drywall. Rated hardware chosen for your wall keeps art safe for years.
Does Florida humidity affect hanging art?

It can. We add wall bumpers for airflow and recommend keeping works on paper out of bathrooms and direct sun.
Can you hang things on tile?

Yes. We drill tile slowly with diamond bits to avoid cracks.

Do you design gallery walls?

Yes. Layout planning with paper templates or a laser grid is included in every gallery wall installation.
Can you hang very heavy mirrors?

Yes. We hang mirrors up to and over 100 lb using French cleats or heavy-duty hardware into studs or block, with two installers.
Do you mount TVs?

Yes. We mount TVs on drywall, metal studs and concrete block, typically for $129–$249 with your mount.
Do you install shelves and curtain rods?

Yes. Floating shelves, picture ledges and curtain rods are all part of our services.
Do you hang art in offices and businesses?

Yes. We install art in offices, clinics, restaurants and lobbies, including after hours.
Do you work with vacation rentals?

Yes. We install full art packages in vacation homes in Kissimmee, Four Corners, ChampionsGate, Reunion and Lake Buena Vista, using security hangers guests can't remove.
Can you take down and rehang pictures for painters?

Yes. We remove and label everything before painting and rehang afterwards.
Condos, HOAs and trust
Do you provide a certificate of insurance for condo buildings?

Yes. Send your building's requirements and we'll provide a certificate naming the association.
Do HOAs restrict picture hanging?

Interior hanging generally isn't restricted. Exterior and porch decor can be, so check your HOA guidelines.
Are you insured?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance.
Do you clean up afterwards?

Yes. We protect floors and furniture during work and clean up completely before leaving.
